This year on family day, February 21st, Nepean Sportsplex is hosting a
Free Aquatic Sports Day
from 1 to 3 pm during
Public Swim.

It is a great opportunity for kids and their parents to try different fun sports that are offered at Nepean Sportsplex.

Thanks to Woodvale Church for sponsoring this free public swim event.

NODC will participate - so please come to find out about our Learn-to-Dive program for youth and for adults. It's a lot of fun.

Never dared to go up on the three meter diving board, let alone to jump off of one of the higher diving platforms?

Well, an amazing diving demo will be organized from 1:10 pm to 1:30 pm to showcase divers of all levels of the club.

Even the young ones can have tons of fun jumping with help of the NODC coaches
