Competitive Program - Tier II

Provincial Level 2 & 3 (Tiers II & III)

This program introduces the athletes to the competitive world of springboard diving. Divers that demonstrate a continued passion for the sport and have excelled in the recreational programs may be invited to join the team. This is where divers begin to master the necessary skills to take their diving to the next level in a fun team based environment. The emphasis is on providing all levels of divers the opportunity to travel and compete at up to six competitions in the province throughout the season on both 1 meter & 3 meter boards.

The season runs from October to May at the Nepean Sportsplex with the possibility of additional sessions in June, July and August. Divers are asked for a commitment of two to three practices a week with a practice length of up to two hours.
