Registration Form

 

 

All of the programs Competitive, Junior Olympic, Junior Nepean, and Learn-to-dive programs started October 31st at Nepean Sportsplex.

 

You may fill in the form and send it attached to e-mail to either nodc@nodc.ca or ottawadiving@rogers.com.

You will receive a confirmation once the form is received.

You may also fax the completed and signed form to 613‐580‐2717.
