Learn To Dive - Youth

Learn To Dive (LTD) is a recreational diving program designed to introduce people of all ages to the exciting sport of diving in a safe and fun environment.

Divers receive step-by-step instruction on the 1 meter springboard, 3 meter springboard, and platforms.

This program is for all ages. There is no minimum age or swimming level needed although participants should be very comfortable repeatedly swimming in deep water during the 1-hour class.

Our instructors are trained in providing a solid core base of skills to ensure safety and proper progression. The coaching staff may recommend that a diver in the recreational programs consider advancing to the Pre-Competitive or the Competitive program. If your child shows interest in a more intensive diving program, please speak with the coaching staff.
